Shipping policy
Every artwork and print is prepared with care and shipped securely. Below you’ll find clear information on production times, delivery estimates, and what to expect once your order is on its way.
Originals: production & dispatch
Original paintings are framed and packaged individually.
- If an artwork is fully dry, varnished, and framed at the time of purchase, it will be dispatched within 5 working days.
- If a painting is still drying, I will contact you to confirm the expected dispatch date.
- In some cases, bespoke framing and preparation can take up to 6 weeks.
Prints: production times
All prints are made to order. Production times vary depending on format and finish.
Open edition prints (indicative production times)
- Print only: 3 working days
- Mounted print on paper: 6 working days
- Mounted & framed print on paper: 10 working days
Limited edition, hand-embellished prints
These prints are produced by a fine art printer and then returned to my studio for hand embellishment, signing, varnishing, and drying.
- Limited edition prints on paper: 10–12 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been completed and dispatched.
Delivery times (after dispatch)
Once dispatched, delivery times are typically:
- UK: 2–3 working days
- Europe: 4–5 working days
- International: 6–7 working days

Free worldwide shipping is included on all orders.
Customs fees
- For standard shipments to the United States, customs fees are prepaid.
- For Europe and the rest of the world, customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer. If applicable, you’ll be contacted by the courier to arrange payment before delivery.

Address issues & delivery problems
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or because no one is available to receive the parcel, any redelivery costs incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer. If this happens, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help where possible.
If your tracking shows an item as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier using the tracking details provided. If the issue remains unresolved, you’re welcome to email me for further assistance.
