How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free worldwide on all originals and prints.


When are original paintings dispatched?

Each original painting is finished, varnished, and framed individually.

  • If the artwork is fully dry and framed at the time of purchase, it will usually be dispatched within 5 working days.
  • If a piece is still drying, I’ll contact you personally to confirm the expected dispatch date.
  • Some originals may take up to 6 weeks to ship where bespoke framing or extended drying time is required. This ensures the work arrives in perfect condition.

When are prints dispatched?

All prints are made to order.

  • Open edition prints are produced and dispatched directly from my carbon-neutral fine art printer, typically within 3 working days.
  • Limited edition, hand-embellished prints take longer, as each piece is individually finished by me in my studio.

How long does the hand-embellishment process take?

Limited edition prints are created through a careful, multi-stage process that includes printing, hand embellishment, drying, signing, and varnishing.

Typical timelines are:

  • Limited edition prints on paper: tracking issued within 10–12 working days
  • Limited edition prints on canvas: tracking issued within 15–20 working days

This slower process is intentional and ensures each piece is finished to the highest standard.


How long does delivery take after dispatch?

Once dispatched, delivery times are typically:

  • UK: 2–3 working days
  • Europe: 4–5 working days
  • International: 6–7 working days

All orders are sent with tracked delivery, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.


Will I receive shipping updates?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking updates directly from the courier.


Do I need to pay customs charges?

  • United States: standard customs charges are pre-paid
  • Europe & rest of world: customs fees vary by country and may be payable on delivery

If applicable, the courier will contact you directly. Providing a mobile number and email address at checkout helps ensure smooth delivery.


Can I return an original painting?

Yes. Originals may be returned provided that:

  • you notify me within 14 calendar days of delivery
  • the artwork is returned within 28 days
  • the piece is returned in its original condition and packaging

Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Can I return a print?

Each print is made specifically for you, to your chosen size and finish. Because it’s produced on demand and can’t be resold, I’m unable to accept returns for prints due to change of mind.


What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact me within 3 working days of delivery and include:

  • a clear photo of the item
  • a photo of the packaging

Once reviewed, a replacement will be arranged as quickly as possible.


What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If tracking shows your order as delivered but it hasn’t arrived, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number. If the issue isn’t resolved, email me and I’ll help where I can.


What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a delivery issue occurs due to an incorrect address, any redelivery costs will need to be covered by the buyer. If you spot an error early, email me and I’ll do my best to help.


Can shipping be delayed?

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or events outside my control. I’ll always communicate clearly if there’s an unexpected delay.
