Returns & Refunds

I take great care to ensure every artwork and print is carefully checked and securely packaged before it leaves my studio or printer. If something isn’t right when your order arrives, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help.


Originals: returns & refunds

If you change your mind about an original painting, you may return it provided that:

  • you notify me within 14 calendar days of delivery, and
  • the artwork is returned to me within 28 days of delivery

To be eligible for a full refund, the artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, using the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Because original paintings are unique and carefully prepared for shipment, returns requested after the 14-day cooling-off period cannot be accepted.

If an artwork or its frame is returned damaged, this may result in a reduced refund or no refund being issued.

Return shipping and insurance costs for original artworks are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, I will confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please note that banks and card providers can take several days to complete the refund.


Prints: returns & refunds

Each print is made specifically for you, to your chosen size and finish. Because it’s produced on demand and can’t be resold, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for prints due to change of mind.


Damaged or incorrect items

If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 3 working days of delivery.

To help me resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • a clear photograph of the artwork
  • a photograph of the packaging it arrived in

Once reviewed, I will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
